With more than 40 years of industry experience, Agron has helped build CDNGLOBAL into one of Canada’s fastest-growing commercial real estate brokerages. This growth has been driven by the creation of high-performance commercial real estate teams across major Canadian markets, supported by proprietary processes, advanced technology, and experienced professionals across commercial leasing, corporate tenant representation, capital markets, investment sales, and advisory services.

Career and Company Milestones

• 1984 Agron began his Real Estate career in Calgary, Alberta.
• 1999 Agron was a founder of CITI COMMERCIAL Real Estate Services, an all-inclusive commercial real estate company servicing the Alberta market.
• 2011 CITI COMMERCIAL entered into a partnership with Newmark Knight Frank Devencore, a consortium of commercial real estate companies providing worldwide service, and adopted the new brand.
• 2018 Newmark Knight Frank Devencore underwent structural change and discontinued operations under that name. Canadian operations continued as Devencore, with growth and a renewed focus on the Canadian market.
• 2021 Following the sale of Devencore’s Montreal business to Avison Young, Agron arranged the purchase of the Toronto and Vancouver businesses. Together with owned offices in Calgary and Edmonton, Agron and his partners rebranded Devencore as CDNGLOBAL Commercial Real Estate Advisors.
• 2022 CDNGLOBAL expanded its national platform with the addition of Ottawa and Montreal offices.
• 2023 CDNGLOBAL continued its growth with further expansion into the Toronto and Quebec City markets.
• 2024 CDNGLOBAL formed a strategic business alliance with Mohr Partners, expanding its reach into the United States and several international markets. Through this alliance, CDNGLOBAL now offers access to 70 locations worldwide and more than 1,000 real estate professionals.
• 2025 CDNGLOBAL partners with Indusite Realty, strengthening presence in the Greater Toronto area, Canada’s most important industrial hub.
• 2026 CDNGLOBAL launches a dedicated retail division focused specifically on retail leasing, site selection, and retail investment sales.
  Looking ahead, Agron and the CDNGLOBAL team remain focused on expanding across global markets, adding new locations, attracting exceptional talent, and investing in technology to better serve local, national, and global clients.
