Manuel (Manny) Verdugo

Manny started his career in 2008 after graduating from the University of Calgary where he specialized in International Business. He worked in various international commercial real estate brokerages before joining CDNGLOBAL in 2016. Manny specializes in industrial real estate in the greater Calgary area. During his career Manny has transacted over 700+ lease and sale transactions, representing local and international tenants and buyers. Manny also has extensive experience representing landlords, including listing work with companies such as Dream, Kingsett, Triovest, Choice Properties, Safeway Holdings, and many more.

Manny also holds an SIOR designation (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) which is globally recognized for its high standard of industry expertise, production volume, and ethical practice.

Manny enjoys coaching and playing soccer. In the winter months, Manny enjoys taking his family skiing on the weekends.
