As one of the first points of contact, she responds promptly to inquiries and connects potential lessees, buyers and sellers with the agent best suited to their unique needs, helping ensure a seamless and personalized experience from the very beginning.

In addition to managing client communications, Nouran assists with the company’s marketing initiatives and helps maintain the organization’s proprietary CRM system by accurately tracking leads, client interactions, and other important information. She also conducts ongoing research on active listings and market trends to provide agents with valuable insights that help them stay informed and better serve their clients.
